Where are you located?

Our office and factory address is in Taizhou, Zhejiang province, east of China, near from Shanghai.

What is the work shop information?

There are 35 people in our R&D term now, including 5 senior engineers, 12 engineers and 18 assistant engineers. Every year, we introduce new product including more than 10 cleaning machines, 15 sprayers, 5 water pumps and 5 generators.

We have 350 factory workers, the volume production of main product is 70,000 cleaning machines, 160,000 sprayers, 90,000 water pumps, 10,000 generators per month.

What is your standard lead time?

Depending on the type and quantity of ordered signs, we generally need about 35-45 days to complete the production of customized order around 1000 units. Once the packaging and raw materials are ready, quantity won't be a big problem.

We usually ship from the port of Ningbo, our neighboring city. The journey from our factory to the port doesn't take much time.

Do you have a dedicated quality control department?

Sure, every product line we have has a dedicated inspector who handles in-production quality control and inspection. In addition, we have a separate quality administrator dedicated to incoming material checks.

How to be your agent?

We are very cautious about accept someone as our agent.

What is the validity period for quotation?

Considering the fluctuation of exchange rate, raw material price and labor cost, our quotation is usually valid for 30 days.

What’s your payment term?

Our payment term is:
L/L--30% deposit before production, balance against B/L copy;

L/C--letter of credit, no deposit.

Is it possible to reduce the deposit ratio?

The 30% deposit is to secure production and cover initial material costs. However, we are willing to adjust this ratio appropriately based on your company's established reputation, business scale, or past cooperation history. Therefore, you just need to share a bit more about your company's background or any relevant references. This will help us evaluate and offer a tailored deposit solution that works for both of us while ensuring the smooth progress of your order.
