When repairing high-pressure pump equipment, we found that there was a leakage problem at the outlet check valve, which caused serious internal leakage problems. This will have a great negative impact on the use of high-pressure pumps, so what should we do? Below we will briefly introduce this issue, hoping to help everyone.

First, let's analyze the specific reasons. During the maintenance process, we found that the outlet check valve was in working condition for a long time, which caused the spool to be oval through the shaft hole, which caused the spool to sink, and often opened the damaged part under the serious seat sealing surface. As a result, serious endoleak problems have developed. In addition, this may be caused by manufacturing defects or corrosion of the medium, causing the outer seal portion to rupture, resulting in high pressure pump leakage.

So how do we solve it? In the repair process, we need to divide into two cases, one is to repair the leak. The specific measures are as follows: First, use a small electric mill to grind cracks on the outer surface of the valve to cracks. Then select the appropriate electrode and repair the outer surface of the valve by hot spot welding; then according to the inner diameter after grinding, equipped with a high-pressure pump seal.

If it is an internal leakage problem, the following measures need to be taken: 1. Grind the sealing surface of the high-pressure pump seat with a small grinder to restore the circle; 2. Find the original spool by positioning it on the lathe with four clamps. Pass the center of the shaft hole while reaming; 3, the car wears the shaft; 4, after the test, use the Red Dan test to ensure its tightness.
