When the plug stem rises, the space in the leg tube suddenly increases, so a partial vacuum is formed. Under the effect of atmospheric pressure, the medicine liquid opens the copper ball in the water valve and enters the simple tube. When the plug is pressed down, the copper ball in the water inlet valve closes the water inlet hole. The medicinal solution that has entered the Qing tube can only flow from the upper part of the Qing tube through the hole of the water outlet valve, push the copper ball inside the water valve and enter the air chamber. The medicinal solution gradually increases, compressing the air in the gas chamber to generate pressure. The greater the compression ratio, the greater the pressure generated.

The pressurized medicinal solution enters the nozzle vortex chamber at high speed through a water outlet connector through a conduit (hose, nozzle, etc.) to generate a vortex. Due to the centrifugal effect of the vortex and the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the spray hole, the medicinal solution will form a mist after passing through the spray hole.
